All payments must be made through our designated payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions are suspected.

Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, we will grant you access to the purchased technical indicators on TradingView through invite-only scripts. You must provide your TradingView username to receive access. We do not sell the code of the indicators; only access is provided.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services to engage in any activity that could harm us or other users, or interfere with the functionality of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the technical indicators, website design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Whale Moves and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our services without our prior written consent.
